Here we are making our Flying Amphibious wish list.
You can see that Billie, Douglas and Olivia L are constructing the motor. Danny and Madison are making the propeller for the back. These children did a great job and listening to the conversations about the construction ideas was fascinating.
You can also see that the Flying Amphibious got a paint job. We had a class vote and red and black were our colours. Some children painted it and Lily came up with the idea of painting koru patterns on the wings of which she and Tayler did.

It was so wonderful listening to those children make our motor and propeller. They were using great language and if someone didn't understand the concept the others would explain.
I was really impressed with the both our motor and propeller.

I got to make a propeller with Danny. We put a circle in the middle with 6 feathers on the sides. Mrs C-B took photos of all the things we made. It got a paint job. the paint job had koru's on it and the wings were spectacular. I liked the propeller that me and danny made. Olivia kept on cutting up little muffin wrapers. it was funny.
You guys come up with the most amazing ideas. I am very impressed. A big thanks to Mr C-B for making the proto-type for the kids to work on.

Tayler and I made koru patterns on the wings, it was fun.
The children who did the propellor did a very very very good job because I like the idea of the feathers on the propellor. Feathers are my favourite thing because they are soft.
I also thought the motor was awesome, because they had a good imagination the people who made it.
I love the things we are doing at the moment they are really awesome.
I wonder if we stick it back together soon?

We thought every bordys iders where great. It was fun making the flying Amphibiou wish list and. was fun paniting it.We had to uses red and black to panit it.
