I can't believe your wearing that!!

We had a 'I can't believe you are wearing that day' at school, because the school council decided that they needed to raise money for walkie talkies for road patrol.

We had a fun day and we looked funny. Charlotte and Emma both had on their pj's and they looked they had just got out of bed, Caleb had his sisters tutu on, Lydia had on a bridesmaids dress with bunny ears and a mask and William had trousers, shorts and boxer shorts on over the top!! We all looked ridiculous!!

We had so much fun and we love that at Fairfield School we have these AWESOME days.

Giving our Petra bead money to Christine!

We invited Christine to come and visit us on the Super Hero Day to give her our Petra bead's money. Christine works for Child Cancer and it was great having her in our classroom. We gave her our $417.00 dollars that we had made.

We were so proud of ourselves and Christine gave us a certificate and some balloon's and tattoo's. Nicole (Hannah's Mum) came and took photo's she works for Child Cancer as well. Nicole rang the Star Newspaper to tell them what we had done, and then at 11:30am the reporter came out and took our photo and asked some questions so she could write a report on us for the newspaper.

It was so cool and such a great experience for us and great to make a difference in some way. We were Super Heroes and we hope to continue helping other people.

Super Heroes in Room 6!!

We had such a FABULOUS time on our Super Hero Day. The children looked fantastic and all went to a lot of trouble. We had an awesome lunch together with Room 5 and 10. We also had a Super Hero parade in assembly and lots of parents came.

Its days like today that reinforce to me why I LOVE my job, special moments and times with children is the best thing in the world. I love the way their minds work and the sparkle around them.

Our Super Hero Day!

Our class is very excited because tomorrow our division (Room 5, Room 10) and us are having a Super Hero Day! We are coming dressed up as a Super Hero or Hero and bringing a shared lunch to school.

We are paying money to wear our costume which is raising more money for child cancer. We have the lady from the child cancer foundation coming so we can present her with the money that our class room has raised. We are also going to do a hero parade in front of the parents and teachers.

Madeline!!

This is Madeline and she is in room 6. She made this COOL super hero costume for homework.

We thought it was fabulous and you can see she called herself "Super Kind Girl". Madeline ran up to Mr Larson's office and showed him, she received an award.

89.4 Trev, Krystal and Bella!

We had some very exciting visitors come to our school, they were Henny Penny, Trev, Krystal and Bella from 89.4. They came to give us some reading awards.

We were so proud of Mitchell in our Room because he received a reading prize. he has put a huge effort into his reading and has improved heaps. As you can see in the photo he received a cool book and certificate. YAY MITCHELL!

We loved having Henny Penny, it was such a nice surprise. Thank you for coming 89.4 team.

We did especially love the Easter Eggs you left.
