Parallel means the lines run straight along from one another, horizontal means side to side - along ways instead of up and down ways.
Have a go and these and leave a comment and tell me how you got on. HAVE FUN!!

Hello Room 6!!
It's Mrs C-B here and I am writing to see how you all are? I have enjoyed getting your comments on the blog while I have been away.
I am away for the whole week as unfortunately Mr C-B's brother died on Sunday night.
We are in Wellington and today we went into town, it takes a long time to get in and out of town in Wellington and it cost us $13.90c for parking (and we only parked in the parking building for 55 minutes!!). In Dunedin that would only cost you $2.00!
I hope you are all being the great kids that you are for the relieving teacher!! You are all an AWESOME class and I miss you.
Leave me a comment and tell me what you have been up to at school.
Here is a funny photo of Mr C-B, Lily and Gabe.

Show a little kindness to someone this week by doing a job around the house without being asked.
Leave a comment to tell me what you did!
This is a painting that my sister Lara did for me when I was feeling a bit sad. She was very kind and it cheered me up heaps!!!! Isn't it lovely.
