We have made contact with a school in the Cook Islands called Takitumu school, we hope to be corresponding with them over the next term and comparing our cultures.

Takitumu School has
lots of plants. Their classrooms are made of wood.

Takitumu School has dirt footpaths and a lot of tropical plants. Their classrooms have long windows and verandahs. Matthew W

There school bags hang outside. They do not have desks. They have a chalk board not a white board.

The school has lovely tropical plants and they have a verandah which keeps keeps the rooms cool.

It doesn't have tables outside to sit on for lunch, and it doesn't have white boards because they don't have the kind of pens to write on them.
There are lots of plants, school bags are outside,long verandas.

Takitumu School looks different because it has carvings around the windows and all of the windows were pushed in and there was a lot of tropical native plants.
Thay hang their bags up outside.Native plants.
they have a garden in front of their class room.
