Sisters Nina and Lisa compete in synchronised swimming as a team. Their first major international competition was the World Championships in Japan, 2001. They won bronze at Melbourne CWG in 2006. Nina and Lisa are our first synchronised swimmers to compete an an Olympic Games since 1984.

last night I watched the swimming at the olympic games with my Dad.
They can swim really fast which would take lots of practice.

At Matthew's house I watched archery. It was Canada v.s Italy.And Italy won
by 2 points.

I think that the olympic games shows a lot of people who have struggled but still have done well.
mahae in the rowing winning bronze and the cyclist winning silver both proved that taking part is important but personal strenght brings us through.
