In Room 6 we have topic news every Tuesday, that is when someone takes home the topic book and writes about something that is special to them, or a sport, hobby or interest they have. They then write in the book and they can bring topic news to share or put on the topic table for the week.
This is Chanelle's topic news.
My Brother Reuben!
On the 19th of June 2008 my brother Reuben was born. I was at Oma and Opa's and Dad called me to let me know that I had a baby brother. I was really happy and excited.
We went to the hospital straight away. When I saw my new baby brother I thought he was so cute, he had lots of black hair and he was really small. When I held him he felt heavy but I loved cuddling him.
I have brought in the bracelet he had on his wrist and the name card from his bed. I also have some photo's to share. Reuben is now 2 months old. I like having Reuben as my brother, it's fun to have him around.

Hi Charlotte,
I think my brother is very cute and yes he does wake up in the middle of the night to be fed. Mum get's up and feeds him. Sometimes I hear him cry in the night, but not very often.
