south korae and north korae are the same county but an politcal line dividets it.the one with the white backround is south korae.

South Korean and North Korea have different flags neven though are the same country.It's because they want to show that their different parts. And the flag with white background and the red and blue circle is South Korea's.

THE FLAGS WERE COOL SOUTH KORAE'S FLAG HAS THE RED/BLUE CIRCLE IN IT SO NORTH KORAES ONE MUST HAVE THE WHITE BACKGROUND

Korea is one big country and then divided into two ,but not seperate countries. the top flag is south Korea and the bottom is north Korea.

I'm not completly sure but I think the top one is South Korea and the bottom one is North Korea's
